A special order has greatly excited Meng Yongjian, the chairman of Henan ZT LEAGUE Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZT LEAGUE Company")—following a previous order of 200 tons, RAKGAS from the United Arab Emirates has placed an additional order for 1000 tons of high-purity isopentane for the production of air conditioning refrigerants and other products.
This chemical enterprise located in the Jili District of Luoyang has "conquered" Middle Eastern customers who enjoy the advantage of low-cost oil and gas raw materials, making the industry take notice. At the project site, Meng Yongjian pointed to the dozens of meters high reaction tower in the factory area and said, "We use world-advanced coal-to-oil refining technology, producing high-cost performance fine chemical products without using petroleum, and have penetrated into the 'oil kingdom' thousands of kilometers away."
ZT LEAGUE Company is a high-tech enterprise that integrates scientific research and industrial production. Developing fine chemical products using coal-to-oil as raw material is the company's main focus.
Coal is the "food" of industry, while oil is the "blood" of industry. Our country has relatively rich coal reserves, while oil reserves are relatively scarce. Therefore, the coal-to-oil refining industry has great potential. Recognizing this market situation, ZT LEAGUE Company invested 107 million yuan to build a production project for fine chemical products from coal-to-oil, introducing production devices such as hydrogen isomerization, reduced pressure extraction, distillation, and polymerization.
However, using coal to manufacture fine chemical products does not have an advantage in raw material costs. Therefore, in product development, ZT LEAGUE Company always prioritizes "precision." The products developed by the company include high-purity raw materials for automotive lubricants, pharmaceutical extraction agents, air conditioning refrigerants, and other fine oil products, directing research resources towards products with high added value.
The company has established cooperative relationships with several experts from the national "Thousand Talents Program" and has jointly built research centers with universities such as Henan University of Science and Technology, creating a production-education-research chain.
It is reported that in ordinary domestic petrochemical enterprises, a profit margin of over 15% is considered high. However, at ZT LEAGUE Company, a profit margin of no less than 70% is required to be called high profit, with general product profit margins exceeding 60%, and the market prospects for products are promising.
Meng Yongjian, chairman of ZT LEAGUE, introduced that currently, the company's products are exported to countries such as South Korea, the UAE, Switzerland, Qatar, and Iran, with sales showing a month-on-month increasing trend. In the future, the company will accelerate the construction pace of the second and third phases of the project, supplying a series of products such as olefin series and synthetic lubricating oil base oils, allowing more high-quality coal-to-oil products from Luoyang to gain fame overseas.
