Main uses: Widely used in pharmaceutical cold chain logistics, phase change energy storage buildings, phase change microcapsules for textiles, and temperature control of electronic components. Low and medium temperature phase change waxes are used in building energy conservation, agricultural facilities, daily necessities (such as temperature-regulating textiles, heat-resistant shells for electrical appliances, etc.), and the pharmaceutical industry. High temperature phase change waxes are mainly applied in solar energy utilization, hot water systems, electronic components, and automatic control. n-Hexadecane and n-Octadecane can be used as phase change materials, solvents, gas chromatography comparison samples, standard substances for determining diesel combustion quality, and are also used in organic synthesis.
